Risotto is very popular in Italy. Rather, it can be called not a dish, but a way of cooking rice. Risotto is prepared from the most affordable products - onions, rice and broth. Further - a matter of your imagination.

Pour the rice into a saucepan, put it on a small heat and start pouring in the broth in small portions. Wait until the portion is absorbed, and only then add a new one. Stir the risotto constantly.

Sprinkle the risotto with the additive. For example, mushrooms in garlic oil. Heat 1 tbsp in a skillet. l. olive and 40 g of butter. Crush 2 cloves of garlic and fry them together with 250 g of coarsely chopped mushrooms, preferably fresh. Once the mushrooms are browned, remove the pan from the heat. Add 1 tablespoon to the mushrooms. finely chopped chives.
Step 5
If you want to cook risotto with vegetables, meat, seafood - fry them with onions. Add, if desired, cheese, various herbs, garlic, olives.
Step 6
Prepare, for example, risotto with tomatoes. To do this, salve the onion and the garlic clove in olive oil until translucent. Add 100 g of rice and simmer a little. Stirring all the time, pour in 250 g of warm water and bring to a boil. Stirring continuously, simmer the rice under the lid over low heat. Gradually pour in 50 ml of dry white wine. Cut 100 g cherry tomatoes in half. Cut a few basil leaves. Add to the rice along with tbsp. fatty sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
