The extraordinarily aromatic bulgur soup will become a savory dish thanks to its celery and curry.

- - 2 stalks of celery
- - 2 fresh tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1
We crush the cloves of garlic with a knife and finely chop. Cut the leek into thin rings.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, add garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the onion to the mixture and fry, stirring occasionally, until the volume of the onion is halved.
Step 4
Cut the carrots into cubes and continue cooking until the carrots are completely light.
Step 5
We throw chopped celery and bulgur into the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
We make small cross-shaped cuts on the tomatoes, then pour boiling water over them and leave them for a few minutes.
Step 7
Drain the tomatoes, keep them in cold water and peel them off.
Step 8
Finely chop the peeled tomatoes and put in a saucepan. Add the diced potatoes, stir, sprinkle with curry and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Step 9
Pour in 2-2.5 liters of boiled water or vegetable broth. Bring the mass to a boil, remove the foam, reduce the heat and cook the soup until tender. Readiness can be determined by potatoes and bulgur.
Step 10
Add finely chopped parsley and basil a couple of minutes until tender.
