Borscht is prepared by all housewives and each has its own recipe. To diversify your usual lunch a little, it is enough to cook it in a multicooker. The result is sure to shock you. After all, due to long languor, borscht turns out to be unusually tasty. Therefore, your household will definitely ask for supplements.
It is necessary
- - water 1, 5-2 liters
- - beef on the bone 350 g
- - carrots 2 pcs.
- - onion 2 pcs.
- - small beets 1 pc.
- - White cabbage
- - potatoes 4 pcs.
- - vegetable oil 50 ml
- - tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
- - sugar 1 tsp
- - table vinegar 1 tsp
- - bay leaves 3 pcs.
- - dill
- - salt, pepper to taste
- - sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the beef well and put it in the multicooker bowl. Fill with water. Coarsely chop one carrot and one onion. Add vegetables to meat. Cook the broth for 1, 5 hours, choosing the "Stew" or "Soup" mode.
Step 2
After the end of cooking, we take out the meat and filter the broth so that it becomes transparent.
Step 3
Remove the meat from the bone, cut into small pieces and send back to the broth.
Step 4
Chop the beets into small strips and fry in half the vegetable oil along with tomato paste. Add half a glass of broth, vinegar and sugar to the pan. We simmer the resulting mixture for about 30 minutes and send it to the broth.
Step 5
Save finely chopped carrots and onions in vegetable oil and put in broth.
Step 6
Add peeled and chopped potatoes, as well as shredded cabbage to the rest of the vegetables.
Step 7
Salt to taste and add bay leaf. We cook borscht in the "Soup" or "Stew" mode for 2 hours.
Step 8
Before serving, add chopped herbs and a spoonful of sour cream to each plate. Bon Appetit!
