Peking cutlets

Ingredients:

- 500 g minced pork;

- 250 g shrimp;

- 1/2 cup meat broth;

- 8 dried mushrooms;

- 4 canned chestnuts;

- 2 onions;

- 1 forks of white cabbage;

- 4 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;

- 11/2 Art. spoons of starch;

- 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger root, sesame oil;

- sherry, sugar, vegetable oil.

Peel the shrimp, chop. Soak the mushrooms in warm water. Chop canned chestnuts. Chop the onions, mix with minced meat, shrimps, chestnuts, ginger, form cutlets.

Chop the cabbage, place half on the bottom of the saucepan. Heat the broth a little, dilute the starch in it. Mix the soy sauce and sugar separately.

Dip the cutlets in starch, fry in vegetable oil, put in a saucepan along with the leftover cabbage and mushrooms, pour over the sauce, add sherry, pour in sesame oil, put on low heat, bring to a boil, simmer for one hour.

Brazilian cutlets

Ingredients:

- 500 g minced pork and beef;

- 60 g bread crumbs;

- 20 g of chopped almonds;

- 10 slices of bacon;

- 10 prunes;

- 2 onions;

- 1 egg;

- 1 st. a spoonful of seasoning for meat and ghee;

- salt, hot ketchup.

Soak prunes in water, peel onions, chop, mix with minced meat, almonds, bread crumbs, egg, seasoning, salt.

Roll out the tortillas, place in the center of each prune, blind the edges, shape the patties, wrap in bacon slices, skewer, sauté in ghee.

Pour hot ketchup over ready-made Brazilian cutlets before serving.
