When I was little, I thought that my grandmother cooks the most delicious pies. Learning to do the same has become my most cherished dream, and now, finally, it has come true!

It is necessary

  • Dough:
  • - 500 g flour,
  • - 75 g butter,
  • - 1 glass of milk
  • - 2 eggs,
  • - 1 bag of dry yeast,
  • - 1 tsp. salt,
  • - 1 tbsp. l. Sahara.
  • Filling:
  • - 500 g of viburnum,
  • - 100 g of honey,
  • - 20 g flour,
  • - 100 g of apple jam.

Instructions

Step 1

First, I knead the dough. Beat eggs in a saucepan, pour warm milk into them, dissolve yeast in this mass. I add salt, sugar, butter. I mix all this and begin to add flour, kneading the dough until the consistency of thick sour cream.

Step 2

I put the saucepan in a warm place for 1-2 hours so that the dough rises. I usually cook two types of sweet pies: from viburnum and apple jam. Kalina must be steamed, put in the oven, heated to 180 °, for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3

Immediately add honey to it so that it not only steamed, but also soaked in honey. Viburnum turns out to be sweet, with sourness. I also pre-cook apple jam for pies, mix it with flour so that it is thicker. Viburnum pies are usually shaped into triangles, but I make apple pies with open edges and a hole in the middle - it seems to me that they turn out to be tastier this way. At the end, grease the pies with a beaten egg and put them in the oven, heated to 200 °, for 10-15 minutes.
