"Bombochki" pies are an alternative to pasties. Cooking them is very quick and easy. The dough is crispy. The filling is juicy and aromatic.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 3 glasses of flour;
- - 1 glass of water;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt.
- For filling:
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 6 tomatoes;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - dill;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the filling. Mash cottage cheese, salt. Finely chop the garlic and dill. Then add to the curd and mix thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
Step 2
Cooking the dough. Boil water, add sugar, salt and vegetable oil to it. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Divide the dough in two. Roll out two layers.
Step 4
Put the tomatoes, cut into circles, on the first layer of dough, leaving a distance of 2-3 centimeters between them.
Step 5
Put the curd filling on the prepared tomatoes and cover with the second layer of dough.
Step 6
Carefully cut the pies along the contour of the tomato with a glass. Blind the edges of each cake.
Step 7
Prepare a frying pan with high sides. Pour in vegetable oil and heat it, only then lower the first batch of pies for frying. The butter should hide the cakes completely. Turn over as needed.
Step 8
Serve pies with cold dumplings or yoghurt.
