The crispy dough goes well with juicy, aromatic tomatoes and curd filling seasoned with garlic and herbs. The appetizer can be prepared for any celebration or breakfast, it is good both cold and hot.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 3-3, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- - 1 glass of water (boiling water).
- For filling:
- - 5 pieces. a tomato;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g feta cheese (cottage cheese);
- - salt;
- - greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Mash the feta cheese with a fork, if cottage cheese, then salt, add chopped garlic, chopped herbs, mix well.
Step 2
Dissolve sugar and salt in boiling water, add vegetable oil, flour. Knead a soft dough. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
Roll half of the dough into a large thin layer, on which spread tomato circles at a distance of 3 cm from each other.
Step 3
Place the filling over the tomatoes. After rolling out the second layer of dough, cover the first (filled) with it.
Step 4
Cut out the pies with a glass of a suitable diameter along the contour of the tomato circle. Fry them on both sides in hot vegetable oil.
