Coconut cake turns out to be very tasty and tender. The biscuit turns out to be soaked, and the coconut flakes give the cake a bright taste and aroma.

Instructions
Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar using a mixer. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Then add the eggs one at a time while continuing to beat. Then add milk, coconut extract and coconut cream. Beat everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Sift flour with baking powder. Add gently to the dough. Add half the coconut flakes. Mix everything thoroughly with a wooden spatula.
Step 3
Pour the resulting dough into a silicone baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 175 degrees. Cool the finished cake, then remove from the mold.
Step 4
Prepare the vanilla glaze according to the instructions. Cover the cake completely with it, sprinkle with coconut on top. Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours to soak.
