- - a tablespoon of white vinegar
- - 250 g strawberries
- - 250 ml cream
- - 3 tablespoons of sugar
- - dark chocolate to taste
- - lemon juice

Step 1
Whisk the egg whites in a mixer. Toss everything with lemon juice. Transfer the egg whites to a mixing bowl and whisk with the cornmeal and vinegar. Add sugar gradually and continue whisking. Stop whisking when the whole mass is smooth and the proteins are completely dissolved.
Step 2
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Form small rounds with a tablespoon. Inside, it is necessary to push the non-through hole a little.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 120 degrees for half an hour. Do not open the oven door while cooking, otherwise your cakes will not rise and look like ordinary cakes.
Step 4
