Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Grate pumpkin and carrots. Fry the pumpkin a little in vegetable oil. Add grated carrots and tomato slices to the onion. Simmer until tender. Then add pumpkin and simmer for about 5 minutes. Scroll the slightly cooled mass through a meat grinder. Add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the carrots and potatoes into small cubes. Place the carrots in a deep saucepan or frying pan with a layer of about 2 cm. Top with the same layer - potatoes, then beans with a layer of 1 cm. Cover the vegetables with slices of onion and chopped fresh herbs. Salt a little. You can alternate layers as many times as you like. Add water, 150 gr. in a three-liter saucepan, cover and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
