Chunks in crispy, spicy breads are hard to resist. Serve on a warmed plate with lettuce and fries.
It is necessary
- - 8 slices of thigh, drumstick fillet (without skin);
- - 1 red chili without seeds;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - 30 g flour;
- - 30 g sesame seeds;
- - 1 teaspoon of ginger sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce;
- - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the red chili and crush the garlic cloves.
Step 2
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the chicken pieces in a shallow dish. Combine ginger and soy sauce, chopped chili, crushed garlic, and sesame oil in a jar. Pour over the chicken and roll the meat well in the sauce mixture.
Step 3
Combine the flour and sesame seeds on a plate and roll the chicken pieces in the mixture until they are completely covered in the flour and sesame seeds.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet. Add chicken pieces and fry, turning, for 6 minutes, until golden brown on all sides.
Step 5
Transfer the sautéed chicken pieces to a baking sheet. Cover with foil and cook in oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes, until clear juice comes out of the chicken when pierced. The dish can be served hot or cold.
