Fry the sesame seeds in butter until golden brown. The mixture must be constantly stirred with a spatula.

Heat the sourdough (1 cup) over low heat. Add 100g butter, salt to taste and sesame seeds. Add spices to the mixture if desired.

Grate the chicken fillet with a little salt. Place it on a baking sheet or skillet. Top with a generous amount of cooked sesame and butter breading.

You need to cook the dish in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. Cooking time depends on the size of the chicken.

You can serve sesame chicken with fresh or pickled vegetables, beautifully laying the dish on lettuce leaves. Additionally, you can offer guests any sauce.
