During the summer season, the hostesses prepare many dishes from seasonal vegetables. I close the tomatoes for the winter, they cook stews with them, bake them in the oven and add them to salads. The original way to use tomatoes is to make a pie.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - wheat flour 1 glass;
- - butter 115 g;
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt;
- - ice water 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- For filling:
- - tomatoes 4-6 pcs.;
- - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
- - goat cheese 1/3 cup;
- - whole milk 1 glass;
- - chopped parsley 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift the flour through a sieve. Cool the butter and chop it together with the flour with a sharp knife. You should get a creamy crumb.
Step 2
Add salt to flour, pour in ice water and knead into an elastic dough. Form a disc and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Place in a baking dish, previously greased with butter. Form the bumpers.
Step 4
Wash the tomatoes, cut into thin slices. Grate the cheese, mix it with milk and lightly beaten eggs. salt and pepper the cheese mixture and add chopped herbs.
Step 5
Put the tomatoes on the dough, cover with cheese dressing. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees.
