Dumplings with minced fish is a tasty, low-calorie and dietary dish. Refers to hot. They are served for lunch.

Step 1
Knead the dough. To do this, take an egg, salt, water, mix and add flour, knead the dough. Set aside to stand.

Wash and cut the cod. Separate the skin and bones.

Peel and chop the onion thinly. Fry with oil.

Scroll the chopped fish in a meat grinder along with a part of the sautéed onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything.

Roll out the finished dough. Cut out small circles from a thin layer. Put a spoonful of minced meat in each circle. Fasten the edges. Then connect the ends. You get the classic form of dumplings. Place on a floured cutting board.

Put a large saucepan on the fire with plenty of water. After the water boils, add the dumplings and salt. Cook for 7 minutes.
Step 7
Serve the dumplings on a platter. Drizzle with melted butter. Separately put sour cream in a gravy boat.
