Rinse the meat, cut into strips. Put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until tender. Rinse and peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings and the carrots into strips. Put everything in a skillet for the meat, fry the vegetables until golden brown. Then add the pasta, brown a little. Pour in 2 cups of boiled water, mix everything thoroughly and boil.

Dissolve the starch in a glass of cool water and pour into the cooking dish. Simmer until the mixture becomes viscous. Pour in soy sauce before cooking, salt, season with spices. Drizzle in the ginger, then the peeled and finely chopped garlic. The dish is ready.

To prepare the dish, you will need the following ingredients:

- 650 g of selected (raw) pork;

- 2 heads of onions;

- 3 tomatoes;

- 7 g starch;

- 3 fresh bell peppers;

- 50 ml of soy sauce;

- 3 pickled cucumbers;

- some vegetable oil;

- salt, spices according to your taste.

- 30 g brown sugar;

- 400 g of onions;

- 6 tbsp. fish sauce;

- 6 tbsp. soy sauce;

- 5 tbsp. fresh chopped ginger;

- 60 g of basil leaves (it is better to take fresh ones);

- 70 ml of vegetable oil;

- 4 things. chili peppers;

- 5 cloves of garlic;

- salt, pepper according to your taste.

In a deep bowl, gently combine the fish and soy sauces. Pour sugar on them. Rinse the steak, cut it into small pieces (up to 3 mm thick). Then add them to the resulting mixture of sauces. Leave to marinate for an hour.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the pickled meat there, fry it. After about 6 minutes, when the beef becomes pinkish, remove the meat from the pan and transfer to a separate plate.

Then pour the remaining vegetable oil into the skillet. Add the onion, chopped ginger and finely chopped garlic. Fry everything a little, then put the meat back and simmer for about 1 minute. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
