It is necessary

    • meat (700 g-1 kg): chicken fillet
    • pork
    • beef of your choice;
    • sweet peppers 4-5 pieces;
    • condiments
    • greens;
    • tomato paste
    • olive oil
    • starch;
    • clean dishes: frying pan
    • skimmer
    • 3 plates.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a piece of meat, rinse it under running water, dry it with a paper towel. Then cut the meat into matchbox-sized pieces.

Step 2

Sprinkle the prepared pieces of meat in a bowl with thick starch (2-3 tablespoons). Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Put the skillet on fire. Wait for it to warm up. After that, pour 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil into it and heat it.

Step 4

Now prepare the vegetable dressing: add a tablespoon of finely chopped ginger root, red bell pepper, chopped to your taste, 3-5 cloves of chopped garlic and 2-3 finely chopped onions to a skillet. Fry all this over high heat until the color of the mixture is close to brown.

Step 5

Use a slotted spoon to remove the fried mixture from the oil onto a clean plate. Place the meat in an empty skillet over the rest of the oil. Add more oil as needed. Fry the meat on all sides. Then remove it on a plate with a slotted spoon.

Step 6

In a skillet in the remaining oil, add a tablespoonful of tomato paste and a glass of water. Pour a teaspoon of sugar there and evaporate the water over high heat. When the water has almost evaporated, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Don't forget to add salt.

Step 7

Put the previously fried meat and vegetable mixture into the resulting thick enough gravy. Stir. Simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
