  • - 2 cups boiled and cooled rice,
  • - 180 g shrimp,
  • - 20 g onions,
  • - 15 g lettuce or Chinese cabbage,
  • - 2 cloves of garlic,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 10 ml of soy sauce,
  • - 10 ml oyster sauce,
  • - sugar to taste,
  • - 20 g of vegetable oil,
  • - 20 g green onions,
  • - 30 g of lime,
  • - ground black pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the shrimp until fillet. Chop the garlic cloves with a knife. Chop the peeled onion thinly lengthwise. Wash green onion feathers well, dry, chop finely. Cut a leaf of lettuce into strips (approximately 1 cm thick).

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the minced garlic in oil for 15 seconds until a pleasant aroma appears. Then add the peeled shrimp to the pan to the garlic, continue to fry for another 30 seconds.

Step 3

Divide the rice into two parts. Put the first part of rice in a frying pan with shrimp, fry for ten seconds. Move the rice with shrimp to one side of the pan and break the egg into free space. Stir the egg and fry it for five seconds. Then stir in the egg, rice and shrimp and continue to fry for 20 seconds. Then put the second part of the rice into the pan, stir.

Step 4

Pour soy and oyster sauce into the rice, add a little sugar (about a pinch if desired), fry for two minutes with constant stirring. Then add lettuce and onions to the pan, fry for 30 seconds.

Step 5

Remove rice from heat, add chopped green onions, stir, arrange in portions, garnish with lime and serve (sprinkle with black pepper if desired).
