Shrimp is a very popular and beloved seafood in our country. Their meat is very tender, aromatic and healthy. Shrimp contains iodine, calcium, potassium, fluoride, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and fatty acids. This crustacean is most often used as a snack. But it is worth trying to cook rice with shrimps. It's just the perfect combination!

Step 1
Boil frozen shrimp. They need to be dipped in boiling salty water with the addition of bay leaves. Boil raw-frozen shrimps for 5 minutes from the moment the water boils again, and boiled-frozen shrimps - 3 minutes. Remove the finished shrimp with a slotted spoon in any dish and set aside to cool. Then peel off the shell.
Step 2
Prepare rice. First, sort it out of the debris, and then soak it in hot water for about one hour. Swollen rice should be rinsed well with cold water. This is how excess starch is washed out. Long rice varieties are ideal for this dish.
Step 3
Boil rice in unsalted broth until tender. The broth can also be replaced with water. To keep the rice white, add a little lemon juice at the end of cooking.
Step 4
Chop the onion, pepper and tomato into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil with crushed garlic in a frying pan. Sauté the onion until golden brown. Then add the peppers, tomatoes and soy sauce to the onions. Simmer everything together for a few minutes. Pepper.
Step 5
Add peas, corn, shrimp and rice to the fried vegetables. Mix everything well and warm up.
