The avocado and olive spread is suitable for seafood dishes. It turns out to be a very delicate sauce. You can complicate this recipe if you like hotter sauces - just add hot chili to the spread!

- - 1 avocado;
- - 1/2 can of pitted olives;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of crushed crackers;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 2 cloves of garlic.

Peel the avocado, cut into small cubes.

Cut the olives into halves.

In a blender, combine avocados, olives, crushed crackers, minced garlic cloves, and lemon juice.
