Did you know that you can make chocolate spread at home? This popular and delicious dessert requires very little time and an affordable set of ingredients.
Homemade chocolate spread
Ingredients:
- 1 glass of quality vegetable oil;
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 150 ml whole milk;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of milk powder;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of unsweetened cocoa powder;
- a pinch of vanilla sugar.
Preparation:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat slightly over low heat. You can also do this in the microwave. Add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar and mix well.
2. Pour in the vegetable oil, and then, using a hand blender, whisk the butter and milk mixture at maximum speed until the mixture thickens.
3. Add cocoa powder and milk powder to the mixture, mix and beat again with a blender until smooth.
4. Put the resulting chocolate paste in a clean glass jar and refrigerate for a while.
Chocolate Nut Butter
Ingredients:
- 220 g whole milk;
- 200 g raw hazelnuts;
- 50 g seedless raisins;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
- vegetable oil.
Preparation:
1. Sprinkle the peeled nuts with vegetable oil, place on baking sheets and place in the oven at 160 ° C for 15 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from time to time and stir the hazelnuts.
2. Place the nuts in a food processor or blender and chop for 30 seconds, stir, then whisk again for 30 seconds. Rinse the raisins thoroughly, scald with boiling water, mix with the nuts.
3. Add milk and cocoa to the mass, beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Place the pasta in a glass jar and refrigerate until served.
