It is necessary

  • - pork 500 g (fillet, neck, chop, ham - only pulp);
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - pickled cucumber 1 pc;
  • - a bunch of dill and parsley;
  • - garlic 2-3 cloves;
  • - chopped walnuts 2-4 pcs;
  • - mayonnaise and sour cream, 4-6 tablespoons;
  • - pepper and salt (to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

Take the pork, wash it well, then pat it dry on all sides with a napkin. Slice the pork across the grain into pieces that are about 10 to 15 mm thick. Use the tip of a knife to cut the veins and the outer layer of bacon, if present on the meat. Next, place the pork between two layers of cling film. Then the meat must be beaten well with a hammer.

Step 2

Preheat a skillet over high heat. When the oil warms up and a little smoke appears over it, put the meat in the pan and fry it tightly. First, fry the pork for 40 seconds on one side, then pepper and salt to taste. Turn the meat over and fry the other side. When the meat is ready, you can now put it on a plate, wrapped in foil. Prepare the oven for baking, turn it on in the top-bottom setting at 220˚.

Step 3

You should now prepare the sauce. Finely chop the herbs, grate the cucumber, chop the garlic. Then add the chopped walnuts. Mix all this thoroughly by adding mayonnaise or sour cream to this mixture in a 1: 1 ratio.

Step 4

Prepare a baking dish. To do this, cover it with foil and brush with vegetable oil. Next, you need to lay out the pork slices and evenly grease the top with a thick layer of sauce.

Step 5

Place the dish in the oven, wait 20-30 minutes. Then, after the pork is ready, take out the mold, cover and let it brew for 10 minutes. The dish is ready! Now you can safely lay out pork in a lordly style on a plate and enjoy a delicious and aromatic dish!
