  • - mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;

  • - salt - to taste;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - vegetable oil - for frying;
  • - greens (parsley and dill) - 1 bunch;
  • - walnuts - 2 tablespoons;
  • - pickled cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • - pork - 500 g.

Instructions

Step 1

If using frozen meat, remove it from the freezer and keep it at room temperature for several hours. You can use the microwave to defrost.

Step 2

Wash the meat in running water and use a sharp knife to cut into medium-sized portions. Beat them with a hammer, pepper and salt, add your own seasonings to taste.

Step 3

Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the prepared cuts of meat until half cooked. Let the meat cool slightly by placing it on a plate.

Step 4

In the meantime, start making the sauce. Cut the cucumber and herbs into small pieces and place the ingredients in a medium deep bowl. Add garlic, nuts and sour cream or mayonnaise to it. Mix everything well to obtain a thick, homogeneous mass.

Step 5

Line the tin with foil. Put the meat on top of it, pour the sauce you just prepared on top. Spread the meat on all sides with your hands so that the sauce completely envelops the piece.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 220oC, place the lordly pork dish inside and bake for half an hour until tender. Cool the finished dish slightly and serve along with boiled potatoes, salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, onions and herbs.
