An original way to serve cheese and ham is to make a cheese cake. The snack turns out to be high-calorie and very tasty!

- - sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - ham 200 g;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water along with vegetable oil. Remove the water from the heat and immediately use it to boil the flour poured into a deep bowl. To do this, first mix the flour with water with a spoon, and then bring it to the desired consistency with your hands. Let the dough cool. Refrigerators can be used to cool quickly. But it's better just at room temperature.
Step 2
Combine eggs, sour cream and mustard. Then add grated cheese, salt and black pepper to them. Mix everything well. Next, divide the cooled dough into 10-12 identical parts and roll each of them into a thin even circle. Fry each of the circles in a pan for 15 seconds on each side.
Step 3
Place a piece of parchment on a baking dish and place the first circle. Spread the cooked filling over it, then top with the chopped ham. Then place the next circle and do the same. And so with all the cakes. Also smear the very top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
