A holiday is planned, and you have not taken care of the appetizer? Then make a delicious ham and cheese bun tart. To do it is quite simple and fast.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - eggs - 3 pcs;
- - kefir - 40 ml;
- - flour - 3.5 cups;
- - soda - half a teaspoon;
- - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt.
- Filling:
- - ham - 200 g;
- - cheese - 200 g;
- - melted butter;
- - poppy or sesame.
Instructions
Step 1
First beat the granulated sugar and 2 eggs until white. Then add ingredients such as salt, kefir, soda and flour to the formed mass. Stir everything well. This way you will have a soft, unopened dough. Roll it gently into a ball shape and leave it aside for a while.
Step 2
In the meantime, make the bun pie filling. To do this, chop foods such as ham and cheese. Chop the first finely and the second into 20 equal sized slices.
Step 3
Lightly knead the soft dough with your hands, then cut into exactly 20 pieces - they should be the same size.
Step 4
Roll each piece of dough into a ball. Then press on it with your palm, thus forming a cake. Place chopped ham and cheese slices on top of them. Gently fix the edges. Next, dip all the buns in turn in pre-melted butter.
Step 5
Place the buns in a round baking pan so that the fastening seam is at the bottom. The most convenient way to do this procedure is to start from the middle.
Step 6
Brush the formed pie with the remaining lightly beaten chicken egg. Then garnish with poppy seeds or sesame seeds, for example.
Step 7
Send the dish to the oven, preheated to about 180-190 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. The ham and cheese bun pie is ready!
