It is necessary

  • Butter 200 grams;
  • sugar 180 grams for cake and 50 grams for cream;
  • vanilla sugar 10 grams (1 small pack);
  • 5 chicken eggs;
  • wheat flour 250 grams;
  • baking powder 1 teaspoon;
  • milk 50 ml;
  • peaches 6 pieces (you can take canned ones if out of season);
  • large pear 1 piece (or 2 small ones);
  • high fat sour cream (at least 25%) 400 grams;
  • salt 1 pinch (to taste);
  • almond crumbs or slices for garnish.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the butter in a ladle until soft (do not bubble!). Add sugar, grind. Then add vanilla sugar, pre-beaten eggs, mix everything until smooth. Pour cold milk in a thin stream, mix again.

Step 2

Sift the flour through a fine sieve, add baking powder, mix. Add gradually to the liquid mixture, mix thoroughly until smooth, you can use a mixer. The dough should be about the consistency of sour cream.

Step 3

Prepare a baking dish, pour the dough into it. Cut peaches and pears into thin slices or wedges. If the fruit is hard, cut it as thin as possible. Place in layers on the dough (in this case, some of the fruit may "fall" into the dough).

Place in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes.

While the cake is baking, you can prepare the cream. Mix thick sour cream with sugar in a mixer (you can take powdered sugar). You can also add cinnamon or vanilla sugar to the cream. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Put cold cream on the hot cake, let stand for about 20-30 minutes at room temperature. Sprinkle with almond crumbs and decorate as you wish.

Step 6

When the cake has cooled, put it in the refrigerator for several hours (you can overnight). The cake is ready!
