  • - crabs - 200 g;

  • - two bell peppers;
  • - cucumbers - 500 g;

  • - tomato juice - 500 ml;
  • - olive oil, lemon juice;
  • - one onion, chili pepper;
  • - parsley, cilantro, sugar, salt, pepper - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

In a blender, combine coarsely chopped tomatoes, bell peppers (peel it first), chili peppers, onions, cucumbers, garlic and parsley. You get a thick, mushy mixture of red color.

Step 2

Disassemble the snow crab into fibers, mix with a spoonful of olive oil, add cilantro leaves and lemon juice.

Step 3

Add two tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, tomato juice to the mushy mixture, salt and pepper, turn it all again in a blender.
