It is necessary
- - 350 g - fresh or frozen cranberries;
- - 200 ml - water;
- - 150 g - sugar;
- - 300 g - curd mass (sweet);
- - 100 g - yogurt;
- - 10 g - gelatin;
- - 1 bag of vanillin.
Instructions
Step 1
Sort the cranberries and wash well. Leave 10-15 berries to decorate the dessert, pour the rest with an incomplete glass of water (200 ml), add sugar and bring to a boil. When the sugar is completely dissolved, take out some of the berries. Beat them with a blender, rub through a sieve and add the whipped puree to the whole berries.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in advance, dissolve it in a water bath. Stir the gelatin with the cranberry mass and pour into the molds 1/2 of the volume of the molds. After cooling, put them in the refrigerator for 1, 5 - 2 hours.
Step 3
Whip the curd mass with yogurt, add vanillin.
Step 4
Remove the frozen mixture from the refrigerator, put the curd mass with yogurt on top. Decorate the dessert with cranberries and sweetened with sugar.
