- - carrots 1 pc;
- - egg (yolk) 1 pc;
- - onion 1 pc;
- - flaxseed flour 1 tbsp;
- - ketchup 1 tbsp;
- - seasoning "Sharena sol" (or replace with your usual seasonings) 1 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the turkey fillet under cold water, dry a little with a paper towel. Peel and wash onions and carrots. Scroll the fillets, onions and carrots through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Divide the egg into yolk and white. Add seasoning, salt, yolk, flaxseed flour and ketchup to the resulting minced meat, mix everything.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the minced meat too. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. Form small patties and steam or pan with oil.

Garnish with herbs when serving. You can serve potatoes and vegetable salad as a side dish.
