It is necessary
- - minced beef 200 g
- - mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
- - milk ½ cup
- - ground black pepper to taste
- - salt to taste (no more than 1 tsp.)
- - egg 1 pc.
- - onions 1 pc.
- - sunflower oil 100 ml.
- - minced pork and beef 400 g
- - 5 tbsp breadcrumbs l.
- - white bread 2 pieces
- Ingredients for the filling:
- - feta cheese 250 g
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - fresh dill and parsley

Step 1
Peel and chop the onion.
Soak the bread in milk. The softened bread should be wrung out and added to the chopped onion. Stir very well.
Step 2
Mix the ground beef and pork, add one egg, mayonnaise, salt, previously prepared bread and onion mixture, pepper - all ingredients must be mixed. In this case, the minced meat should not turn out very thick.
Step 3
To prepare the filling, you need to mix feta cheese, pre-chopped greens, and chopped garlic. Use a fork to mix the ingredients until smooth.
Step 4
Take a little minced meat in your palm, gently flatten it and put the cheese filling. Shape into patty.
Step 5
Dip the resulting cutlets in bread crumbs.
Step 6
Put the skillet on the fire and melt the butter, place the patties and fry until tender. The cutlets are ready!
