  • - sunflower oil 100 ml.
  • - minced pork and beef 400 g
  • - 5 tbsp breadcrumbs l.
  • - white bread 2 pieces
  • Ingredients for the filling:
  • - feta cheese 250 g
  • - 3 cloves of garlic
  • - fresh dill and parsley

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and chop the onion.

Soak the bread in milk. The softened bread should be wrung out and added to the chopped onion. Stir very well.

Mix the ground beef and pork, add one egg, mayonnaise, salt, previously prepared bread and onion mixture, pepper - all ingredients must be mixed. In this case, the minced meat should not turn out very thick.
