The peppers should be lightly baked. Remove from the oven and put in a saucepan or salad bowl, close the lid and cool. The peel should be soaked and then peel off easily.

Prepare the filling. Mash cheese and cottage cheese with a fork. Chop greens and tomatoes finely. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour the egg into the filling, mix. You should get a consistency like soft cottage cheese. Spread the filling over all the peppers. Its amount should be moderate. Prepare ice cream - beat the egg with a fork and salt.

Put a deep frying pan on the fire, heat the vegetable oil. Breaded each stuffed peppercorn in flour. Also sprinkle the filling, which is visible in the hole of the pepper, with flour.
