Beautiful delicate apple roses are very easy to prepare and they turn out to be very tasty.
It is necessary
- - 250 g puff pastry;
- - 200 ml of water;
- - 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- - 2 apples;
- - icing sugar;
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the apples into thin slices about 2 mm thick.
Boil water in a saucepan, add sugar, put apple slices, boil for 2-3 minutes, drain the water.
Step 2
Roll out the dough thinly (1-2 mm), cut into strips 25-30 cm long and 3 cm wide.
Put 5 apple slices on a strip of dough (slightly overlapping), so that the slices protrude one third beyond the top edge of the dough. Wrap the strip in a tube, tucking the lower edges of the dough inward.
Step 3
Place the finished roses on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
Cool the puffs, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
