Mousse is a French cuisine dessert. There are a lot of recipes for this dish. I suggest you make a chocolate mousse with semolina.
It is necessary
- - milk - 1 l;
- - chocolate - 100 g;
- - semolina - 100 g;
- - sugar - 150 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 2 teaspoons;
- - butter - 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a saucepan and pour the milk into it. Place the bowl of milk on the fire and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in boiling milk. Stir this mixture until it turns into a homogeneous mass. As soon as this happens, start gradually pouring semolina to it, that is, in a thin stream. Remember to stir the mixture constantly.
Step 3
After the semolina has been poured, vanilla and simple sugar should be added to the resulting mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and cook the mass over medium heat until it thickens.
Step 4
Cool the thick mass, then add butter to it. Whisk everything thoroughly, then place in prepared molds and refrigerate for about 4 hours. Chocolate mousse with semolina is ready!
