Loose rice with vegetables and meat cooked in pots is a unique dish that is simply prepared and served in an original way. First of all, it is unusual in its approach to cooking, since each pot is covered with a dough lid. During the cooking process, the dough is both cooked and replaces the lid. And in the process of eating, all the lids become bread for the dish.

Ingredients:

• ½ tbsp. rice;

• 30 ml. water;

• 30 g of almonds;

• 0.3 kg. pork;

• 1 egg;

• 0.2 kg. ripe tomatoes;

• 0.1 kg. flour;

• 1 onion;

• 1 pinch of salt;

• 1 pinch of red hot pepper;

• 1 pinch of black pepper;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;

• ¼ h. L. turmeric;

• ¼ h. L. coriander.

Preparation

1. Peel the onion and chop finely with a knife. Pass the garlic through the garlic, cut the tomatoes into cubes. Wash the meat and cut into medium pieces.

2. Fry chopped onions in sunflower oil until light golden brown. Then add garlic, tomato cubes and coriander to it. Mix everything and simmer for a couple of minutes.

3. After this time, add pieces of meat to the vegetables. Season everything with salt and pepper, simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Rinse the rice and boil until tender, following the instructions on the package. Then put on a plate and mix with almonds, turmeric and salt.

5. Grease the baking pots inside with sunflower oil. Put boiled rice mixed with spices on the bottom of each pot, and meat with vegetables on top of the rice.

6. Sift flour and mix with water, kneading the most common dough.

7. Divide the finished dough into two pieces, roll each piece into a circle, which will be slightly larger in diameter than the baking pot.

8. Grease the rims of the pots with beaten egg using a silicone brush. Cover the pots tightly with balls of dough, imitating lids. And grease these test "caps" with an egg too.

9. Arrange the pots with "lids" for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

10. After half an hour, remove them from the oven, cool slightly and serve with fresh vegetables.
