Not sure what to cook for lunch or dinner? I propose an interesting and simple dish - meat under a potato "fur coat". It is prepared for an hour and a half, but it is eaten in 5 minutes.
It is necessary
- - beef tenderloin - 500 g;
- - 5 pieces of onions;
- - 500 g of potatoes;
- - 300 g of cheese;
- - mayonnaise;
- - greens;
- - vegetable oil;
- - pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a pan greased with vegetable oil. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 2
Chop the onion into half rings and place on top of the meat.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and chop finely into rings, put salt and pepper on the onion.
Step 4
Sprinkle the resulting casserole with cheese, cover with mayonnaise and cover with foil.
Step 5
Preheat the oven and bake the resulting dish for about 1.5 hours. Remove the foil 20 minutes before cooking to create a golden brown crust on the casserole.
Step 6
Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.
