Dear sweet tooth will not remain indifferent to this chocolate cupcake. This soft and airy dessert is perfect for tea drinking. It is also quite easy to prepare - it will not be difficult to quickly knead the dough if the guests are already on the doorstep.
It is necessary
- - 3 eggs
- - 120 g butter
- - 220 g of cottage cheese with a fat content of 9 percent
- - 120 g of premium flour
- - 1 pt vanilla sugar
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brandy
- - 6 chocolates
- - 1 teaspoon of starch
- - soda on the tip of a knife
- - a pinch of salt
- - foil and parchment paper
Instructions
Step 1
Beat eggs with salt. Eggs should preferably be cold. Melt the butter and then cool to room temperature, add to the eggs in a bowl.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese to other ingredients. And also add regular sugar, vanilla sugar and pour in cognac (it may be the cheapest). Whisk thoroughly.
Step 3
Sieve the flour through a sieve to oxygenate it and remove unwanted lumps, and sprinkle it over the contents of the bowl. After adding soda and starch, beat the dough with a blender until smooth.
Step 4
Take any chocolates of your choice with any filling. Round shapes work well. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour 1/3 of the dough to cover the bottom. Spread the candies evenly over the dough for an aesthetic cut.
Step 5
Pour the remaining dough over the candies and cover with foil to adjust the temperature for the candy to melt. Place the baking dish on a baking sheet, placing three layers of parchment paper on top of it beforehand so that the cake does not accidentally burn.
Step 6
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes under foil, before browning. Let it cool slightly and place on a plate. The cupcake is ready, you can pour the tea!
