Put on the stove, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Expand quickly in sterilized dry jars, roll up with sterile lids and turn upside down. The blank can be simply eaten as jam or added to hot dishes - meat, poultry - as you like.
It is good to dry sour apples for the winter, then make compotes from them or just eat.
A pie is quickly prepared from sour apples, it can be baked even before the arrival of guests, if all the products are available at home.

Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg of apples;
- 3 medium eggs;
- ¾ glass of sugar and ¼ glass of sugar for apples;

The dish will be ready when the top turns pink and the sides fall away from the edges of the baking sheet, then remove the cake and tilt it onto the board (the apples will be at the top). When it cools down, you can transfer it to a beautiful dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
