Chocolate sausages are an unusual and delicious dessert. Prepare them without using an oven. Another advantage of this delicacy is that it can be stored in the freezer for a long time. Even a novice cook can make chocolate sausages.

- granulated sugar - 100 g;
- butter - 200 g;
- cocoa - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- milk - 100 ml;
- walnuts - 1 glass;
- raisins - 50 g;
- egg - 1 pc;
- vanillin;
- food tracing paper or foil.
Instructions
Step 1
For chocolate sausages, choose sweet and crumbly biscuits, butter or dairy. Cut it into 5x5mm pieces.
Step 2
Toast the nuts in a skillet or microwave. Grind them in a blender so that the pieces are not very small.
Step 3
Sort out the raisins. Rinse it off in cold water. Place the raisins on a linen napkin to remove excess moisture.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add granulated sugar and milk to it. Mix thoroughly. Keep on fire, not allowing it to boil, until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.
Step 5
Remove the pan from heat. Allow to cool to approximately 40 ° C. Add cocoa powder and egg to the resulting mass. Mix thoroughly. Add chopped nuts and cookies, raisins, vanillin to the cooled mixture.
Step 6
Cut a rectangle about 30 cm long from tracing paper or foil. Place some of the resulting mass on one side. Twist the casing tightly and shape the contents into a sausage shape. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. When the chocolate sausages have cooled and hardened slightly, they can be served.
