Step 1
Wash the meat, cut into pieces. Pass through a meat grinder. Moreover, you need to do this four times in a row.

Salt minced meat, sugar, add sodium nitrite, spices. Pour in cold water. Stir until smooth.

Stuff the shell with the prepared minced meat. Tie with shrugs or strings every 10-15 cm.

Attach the sausages to the sticks. Keep them in this position for an hour over the hot air coming from, for example, a switched-on electric hob.
Step 5
Place a pot of water on the stove and heat it to 80 ° C. Cook sausages in it for half an hour. The water should be hot, but not boiling.
Step 6
Put the sausages in cold water for 30 minutes. Then put it in the refrigerator. Before you eat them, boil or fry the sausages for a few minutes.
