A warm salad with potatoes and cucumbers will delight the eyes and stomach. An excellent combination of ingredients will allow you to enjoy the taste and serve the dish to the festive table.
It is necessary
- - 5 medium sized potatoes
- - 2 large cucumbers
- - 200 g of radish
- - 30 g butter
- - dill
- - paprika
- - olive oil
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - salt
- - cumin
Instructions
Step 1
Without peeling the potatoes, rinse them thoroughly in running water. Pour water into a saucepan, place potatoes in it and cook in a uniform over low heat until half-baked. After cooking, remove the vegetables, cool slightly and peel them. Wait until they cool a little more, then cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the microwave. This can be done by placing it in a cup, and covering it with a saucer on top, or melting it in a water bath. When the butter has melted, add the paprika and cumin. Peel the garlic, chop, add to the oil. Mix everything well, pour into a pan and heat, add the potatoes and fry until tender, a golden crust should form on the potatoes.
Step 3
Rinse the remaining vegetables, i.e. cucumbers and radishes, pat dry on a paper towel and cut into slices or cubes, finely chop the dill.
Step 4
Combine potatoes, radishes, cucumbers, salt and pepper, add olive oil, mix everything well, garnish with dill. Serve on a serving platter.
