  • cocoa - 4 tablespoons
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • butter - 70 grams
  • vanillin - a pinch

Preparation

Peeled (sometimes they are pre-fried in a pan without oil), the nuts are crushed using a blender. Next, you need to boil and cool the milk. In a separate container, mix flour, sugar and cocoa, add an egg. Grind all ingredients thoroughly until smooth. Then you need to pour milk into the resulting mixture, add chopped nuts. After that, the mixture is put on fire and boiled, stirring constantly, until the mass becomes thick. You can add a little butter and vanillin to the finished product for sweetness.

Recipe without heat treatment

Ingredients:

  • almonds - 300 grams
  • sugar - 200 grams
  • butter - 50 grams
  • salt - a pinch

Preparation:

First of all, the almonds need to be dried in an oven preheated to a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius. The nuts are kept in the oven for 5 minutes, until they darken slightly. Next, the product is allowed to cool and chopped using a blender. It takes about 15 minutes for the mass to become sufficiently homogeneous without lumps. After the nuts turn into "dust", sugar and salt are added to them. The mixture is ground again in a blender. This time, about two to three minutes is enough. As soon as the sugar dissolves, add butter to the paste and mix everything again to the desired consistency.
