- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 0.5 liters of kefir;
- 2 glasses of water;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 2 cups of flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Recipe number 1
Melt 100 g of butter without boiling.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, mix 4 eggs with 1 teaspoon of slaked soda and 200 g of condensed milk until smooth.
Step 3
Add melted butter and 1 liter of kefir to eggs and condensed milk. Mix everything well.
Step 4
Pour flour into the liquid base of the dough so that it resembles kefir in density. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the dough.
Step 5
Place a 1 cm layer of salt in a cast iron pancake pan. Heat the pan and heat the salt for 10-15 minutes. Then discard the salt and wipe the pan with a napkin.
Step 6
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 7
Pour a portion of the dough into the pan, distribute it evenly over the pan and bake the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
Step 8
Place ready-made pancakes on a plate in a stack and serve hot.

In a saucepan, mix 1 cup boiling water with 0.5 liters of kefir and 1 cup of cold water. Season the mixture with salt to taste.

Add 2 cups flour and stir well with a mixer. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough.

Whisk 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of topless baking soda to the mixture and pour everything into the dough.

Mix the dough well and bake thin pancakes in a preheated pan, adding vegetable oil as needed.
Step 13
Serve the prepared pancakes with red caviar, honey, jam, sour cream, sugar, red fish. You can stuff them with any filling of your choice.
