200 grams of sugar, 4 yolks, 200 milliliters of milk, 8 grams of gelatin, 1 bag of vanilla sugar, 200 milliliters of whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of almond crumbs, 5 slices of dark chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Soak gelatin in cold water. Mash the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until they are white.
Step 2
Boil the milk and pour the egg mixture into it in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Place everything in a water bath and heat until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Add gelatin to the creamy mass and cool. Whip the cream and combine with the cream.
Step 4
Rinse the mold in cold water and put the cream in it. Put in the refrigerator to freeze.
Step 5
Grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Sprinkle with chocolate and almond crumbs before serving and garnish with whipped cream.
