The aroma of fresh baked goods creates a cozy atmosphere at home. But not everyone decides to bake pies on their own, thinking that this is a difficult time-consuming process. Fish pie is quick and easy to prepare. You don't need to be a top chef to make it.

- 500 g fish fillet;
- 200 g margarine or butter;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 500 g potatoes;
- 0.5 lemon;
- 200 g onions;
- mayonnaise;
- salt;
- pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Make puff pastry. Soften margarine a little beforehand. Pour flour onto the surface on which you will knead the dough. Top with margarine and chop it. Chop until the pieces are small and completely floured.
Step 2
Take 0.5 cups of water and stir salt and sugar in it. Pour this mixture into flour and margarine and knead the dough, cover it with a dampened towel or napkin and place in the refrigerator. Chill the dough as long as possible, but at least 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin cubes. Cut the onion into rings and dip in boiling water for 1-1.5 minutes, then dry it a little. The onion will soften and lose some of its bitterness.
Step 4
Roll out the chilled dough in a rectangular layer, then fold it 4 times and roll it out again to its original size. Do this 3-4 times.
Step 5
Place the potato slices in the middle of the dough. Step back about 6-8 cm from the edges. Put onions on the potatoes, and on top of the pieces of fish. Spread mayonnaise on the filling. Add spices to your liking.
Step 6
With a well-sharpened knife, make strips from the edges of the dough, 2.5-3 cm wide. Wrap the strips of dough on the filling with an overlap, as if weaving a braid. Braid the dough more tightly, otherwise some of the juice may leak out.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place baking paper on a baking sheet, place the cake on top of it and place in the oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool the pie a little before use.
