  • - sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • - fresh parsley - a bunch;
  • - lettuce leaves - 4-5 pcs.;
  • - salt, black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to defrost the fish fillets naturally. Then rinse it well in running water, dry it with a kitchen napkin. Divide the fish meat into two equal portions.

Step 2

Wash the tomatoes, cut them randomly into small pieces. Peel the onion and chop finely into cubes. Finely chop the parsley.

Prepare the potting mixture. Wash the eggs, break into a deep bowl, beat with a whisk. Add flour to the eggs, stir. Gradually add milk and mix with onion and parsley mixture. Add the remaining vegetable oil, stir.
