The soup with red fish turns out to be very tasty and aromatic. This is a great option for a hearty meal. The fish is very useful, all its properties are preserved as much as possible.
It is necessary
- - fillet of red fish 300 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - potatoes 3 pcs.;
- - tomatoes 3 pcs.;
- - bay leaves 1-2 pcs.;
- - parsley greens 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - lemon for decoration;
- - ground black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and chop it. Peel carrots and potatoes, wash, grate carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Wash the fillet of red fish under running water, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Pour water into a saucepan, put carrots and bay leaves in it, bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion in it until golden brown. Add the onions and potatoes to the saucepan. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Add fish and tomatoes to the soup. Bring to a boil, cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the soup with a lid. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Add some greens and a slice of lemon to each plate.
