What could be tastier than real Russian fish soup? Despite the fact that this is a marching dish and it is usually cooked from freshly caught fish, rich and fragrant fish soup can be cooked at home. Try it, it's not difficult at all!

- 1 carrot;
- 1-2 parsley roots;
- 4-5 medium tomatoes;
- 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter or margarine;
- 2 bay leaves;
- 5-6 peas of black allspice;
- 1 bunch of dill greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Gut fish fines, rinse it thoroughly in running water.
Step 2
Pour one and a half to two liters of cold water into a saucepan, dip fish fines into it.
Step 3
Bring to a boil, remove the foam and simmer for forty minutes over low heat.
Step 4
Strain the resulting broth through three to four layers of cheesecloth.
Step 5
Cut large fish into pieces and boil in broth until tender. Then remove it and strain the broth.
Step 6
Chop the onion, cut the carrots and roots into strips and sauté everything in oil over low heat.
Step 7
Peel the tomatoes, chop finely, heat in oil until smooth. Then fill the fish broth with it.
Step 8
Dip the fried vegetables into the resulting broth and cook until tender.
Step 9
At the end of cooking, add bay leaf and pepper to the ear. Simmer the soup for five minutes.
Step 10
When serving, place a piece of fish in a soup bowl, pour the fish soup and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
