- For two liters of water:

- - Onion (medium) 1 pc;
- - Tomato paste 1 tablespoon (to taste);

Instructions
Step 1
Rice is thoroughly washed until transparent. I always take a round one, because it is great for such fish soup. We put a pot of water on a high heat, pour our washed rice into it.
Step 2
While the water is boiling, prepare all the vegetables you need. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Carrots can be grated or finely chopped. Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
As soon as the water and rice have boiled, put the potatoes in there and set the heat to medium. Cook for about seven to eight minutes.
Step 4
Fry the carrots in vegetable oil, add the onion after three minutes and sauté for another two to three minutes. Optionally, after frying the onions, you can add tomato paste and simmer for five minutes under the lid. I add tomato paste according to my mood.
Step 5
When the potatoes are ready, add the fried vegetables to the broth. Cook over low heat for one to two minutes.
Step 6
We open canned food. Grind saury with a fork directly in the jar. Put in soup and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
By the way, saury can not be chopped, but put in whole pieces, as you like.
Step 7
Salt, pepper and add herbs to taste.
