You will surely be surprised by the combination of pea soup with red fish. Nothing wrong! We can assure you that with the fish it turns out just as well. If, nevertheless, you strongly associate pea soup with the taste of smoked meats, then take smoked fish, it will give it that favorite smoke flavor.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of red fish fillet;
- - 1 glass of split green peas;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt, ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour cold water over the peas and cook under the lid. If you took just split peas, then in 20 minutes they will not just boil, but even boil. And that's exactly what we need.

Peel and chop the garlic, then fry it in hot vegetable oil for 2 minutes over medium heat.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.

Take the fish apart into small pieces.
Step 5
Use a blender to puree the cooked peas. Adjust the density of the puree with water.

Season with salt and pepper.

Put back on fire, add potatoes to soup and cook until tender.
