The offered dish has a moderately spicy and at the same time bright taste. It is best to prepare the salad in advance; the longer it stays in the refrigerator, the tastier it will become. Let's analyze the cooking process step by step.
It is necessary
- - fresh cucumbers - 500 g;
- - apples (sour varieties) - 250 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - bitter pepper - 0, 5 pcs.;
- - liquid honey - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt - to taste;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - a mixture of peppers;
- - fresh dill - a bunch.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the apples under running water, peel them. Then divide each apple into slices about 1 centimeter thick.
Step 2
Check clean cucumbers for bitterness, if present, remove the skin. Cut each cucumber into half rings. Their thickness should correspond to the apple slices.
Step 3
Peel the onion, cut it in half, then into half rings. Finely chop the bitter pepper. Wash the dill, dry and chop.

Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a separate container, add honey to it, mix well.
