This juicy fish salad will perfectly complement your family dinner. It is easy to cook, due to boiled rice and saury it turns out to be satisfying. Fresh cucumbers add a summer flavor to the salad.
It is necessary
- - 280 g of canned saury;
- - 2 fresh cucumbers;
- - 4 boiled eggs;
- - half a glass of boiled rice;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- - sea salt, black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Open a can of canned saury, drain the excess liquid from it. Rinse fresh cucumbers, cut off the tails, if the peel is too rough, then peel the cucumbers from it. Boil parboiled rice until cooked in salted water, for salad you need crumbly rice, porridge rice is not suitable here. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool under running ice water, peel.
Step 2
All the ingredients are prepared, it remains to grind them. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, finely chop the chicken eggs with a knife. Mash the canned fish with a fork. Put all these ingredients in a salad bowl, pepper and salt to taste. Season with any other spices to taste.
Step 3
Season the salad with saury and fresh cucumber with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly, let the salad stand in the refrigerator for a while (no more than 10-15 minutes), then you can serve the salad on the table. The seasoned salad should be consumed immediately, it will be stored in the refrigerator in a hermetically sealed container for no more than a day.
